By means of renovation and upgrading, it fully utilizes existing stock resources, completes the transformation from traditional manufacturing to smart manufacturing, and emerges as a core innovation hub for high-end sophisticated industries.Diverse design elements are integrated throughout the park to create an industrial style well-matched with high-tech industries, presenting a spatial temperament of simplicity and magnificence. Elevated corridor bridges are arranged within the campus, enriching the three-dimensional layering of the architectural complex. They also enable convenient connectivity and interaction between buildings, greatly upgrading the overall visual image and vitality of the park.With an ultra-low plot ratio adopted in the overall planning, the project aims to build an eco-friendly architectural cluster, offering a green, comfortable office environment for users.
