The CRRC Permanent Magnet Electric Drive Power Plant is a comprehensive industrial building. A 5-story office building connects to the workshop production area. The overall layout is primarily aimed at industrial production, striving to meet the needs of the production process flow, rationally organizing buildings with different but interconnected functions, and arranging supporting facilities to improve land use efficiency. Since the building is close to the city's main road, we aimed to use a landscape plaza to connect with the urban space and use soft landform landscaping to mitigate the sense of oppression brought by the building itself. We also used vertical lines to give the main facade a more rhythmic appearance in its horizontal relationship.
